UWC DAY is here and it is already this Saturday and so we decided to organize a busy day in the city of Tomar! This year's theme is "Climate of Change" and so we will make our mark in the city. With the support of the City Council we will have an event in the city garden where we will discuss and talk about the Portuguese Education System, the UWC model as an alternative, the importance of leaving our reality and finally, returning and giving back to it. community. Then we will have the opportunity to get to know the city a little better with a guided tour organized by Open Roads Portugal. In the afternoon, we will make individual, customized, transportable and sustainable ashtrays (after the entry into force of the Beatas Law), made of cane and cork stoppers, which we will distribute throughout the city. ALL ARE INVITED TO APPEAR!

O UWC DAY está aqui e é já este sábado e por isso decidimos organizar um dia em cheio na cidade de Tomar! Este ano o tema é "Climate of Change" e por isso vamos deixar a nossa marca na cidade. Com o apoio da Câmara Municipal vamos ter um evento no Jardim da cidade onde vamos debater e conversar sobre o Sistema de Ensino Português, o modelo UWC como alternativa, a importância de sairmos da nossa realidade e por fim, o voltar e retribuir a essa mesma comunidade. De seguida, vamos ter a oportunidade de conhecer um pouco melhor a cidade com uma visita guiada organizada pela Open Roads Portugal.
Pela tarde, faremos cinzeiros individuais, personalizados, transportáveis e sustentáveis (após a entrada em vigor da lei das beatas), feitos de cana e de rolhas de cortiça, os quais distribuiremos pela cidade.
