Council Member - Committee of National Committees (CNC) 

Najlaa has been a member of the UWC Syrian National Committee since 2010. She is mainly focused on the students’ affairs at the moment, but she also takes part in the annual assessment and selection process that takes place virtually in order to reach Syrians from all around the world and give them an equal opportunity in the application process. She holds a master’s degree in organisational psychology, and she is currently based in London to pursue her occupation in employability and career coaching. She also takes part in the facilitation of some UWC short courses in her capacity as a member of Critical Engagement team. 

She was recently elected as CNC member, representing SWANA, and she hopes that this role will enable her to contribute more in-depth to the UWC movement.
