Wayne brings over a decade of experience in business operations, communications and process optimisation in the corporate and fintech sectors. Originally from Taiwan and based in London since 2014, he has held roles at tech organisations such as Amazon and EMQ, working across both the UK and Asia.

In his role with the Development & Funded Programmes Team, Wayne leads the operational and data management functions that support our fundraising, donor engagement and funded programme work. He focuses on enhancing the efficiency, accuracy and effectiveness of our donation services, donor data systems, reporting and internal operations.

Educated at international schools in Suzhou and Dorset, Wayne went on to complete a Master’s in Natural Sciences at Durham University and an MBA from Bayes Business School. Outside of work, Wayne is passionate about education and community initiatives - he’s a long-standing volunteer with The Literacy Pirates and Hackney Winter Night Shelter, and also a certified yoga instructor.
