All full-time faculty actively contribute to the broader life of the community, including our experiential learning and residential programs. At the College, we enjoy and promote a culture of collaboration and engagement, and everyone has a voice in how the community functions. Since most of our faculty positions are residential, close bonds are formed between students and faculty in their various roles as teachers, mentors, advisors, and house parents.
