Living on campus is a significant part of the UWC experience for many of our students.
Through living as well as studying together, students learn about other cultures and learn the importance of international and intercultural understanding. The UWC staff who also live on campus or in the student residences play an important role in pastoral care..
It is important for students to have an open mind, show respect for each other, be ready to cooperate and compromise with others and act with integrity and responsibility.
The nine UWC colleges which offer a two year pre-university IB Diploma are residential. The three UWC schools which offer a UWC education to a wider age range have both day and residential students.
